Refunds

Because Coco Lost in Miami curriculum licenses provide access to digital educational content and resources, all curriculum purchases are final once access has been provided or materials have been accessed, downloaded, copied, or distributed.

Please review the program description, included materials, recommended age or grade level, and applicable license terms before purchasing.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased curriculum, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate access issues and restore your access whenever possible.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
