Your purchase provides a 12-month license to use the Coco Lost in Miami Literacy & Social-Emotional Learning Enrichment Program within the scope of the license you select, unless a different term is stated in a separate written agreement.

You are purchasing permission to use the Program—not ownership of the curriculum, Program Materials, or intellectual property.

Your license is limited to the specific license type, authorized users, participants, setting, location, classrooms, groups, programs, campuses, and other uses covered by your purchase or applicable written agreement.

FAMILY LICENSE

For one family or homeschool household.

Designed for a parent, guardian, or homeschool family using the Program with children within the same household.

CLASSROOM LICENSE

For one educator and one classroom or instructional group.

Designed for one teacher, instructor, or educator facilitating the Program with one authorized classroom or instructional group.

LEARNING COMMUNITY LICENSE

For one homeschool co-op, learning pod, tutoring group, or similar learning community.

Designed for one organized learning community operating as one licensed group or community setting.

LIBRARY & COMMUNITY LICENSE

For one library or community program at one authorized location.

Designed for libraries, community organizations, and similar programs providing the Program experience within one authorized program or organizational setting.

AFTER-SCHOOL LICENSE

For one after-school, youth, enrichment, summer, camp, or similar program at one authorized location.

Designed for organizations and programs providing enrichment outside the traditional classroom setting.

SCHOOL LICENSE

For authorized educators and staff at one school campus.

Designed for use by authorized educators and staff serving students at one licensed school campus.

MULTI-SITE / CUSTOM ORGANIZATIONAL LICENSE

For organizations requiring expanded use across multiple classrooms, educators, groups, programs, campuses, locations, branches, or other organizational settings.

Custom licensing may provide expanded rights as specifically stated in the applicable written agreement.

WHAT YOUR LICENSE INCLUDES

During your active License Term, you may:

● Access and download the Program Materials included with your license;
● Facilitate the 60-minute literacy and social-emotional learning enrichment experience;
● Display Program Materials during authorized Program sessions;
● Print designated participant worksheets and activity pages;
● Provide permitted participant materials to Participants covered by your license; and
● Make reasonable adaptations for age, learning level, timing, accessibility, or facilitation needs.

Adaptations may not materially transform the Program into a separate curriculum or commercial educational product.

VIRTUAL USE

Virtual delivery is permitted when it remains within the scope of your purchased license.

Virtual delivery does not expand the licensed number of participants, educators, classrooms, instructional groups, programs, campuses, or locations.

The Program may not be publicly livestreamed, publicly posted, uploaded to an unrestricted website, or otherwise made available for unrestricted access without prior written permission.

WHAT YOUR LICENSE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Without prior written permission from 2 Quality People, LLC, you may not:

● Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Program Materials;
● Share the complete digital Program outside your licensed scope;
● Publicly post, upload, publish, or distribute the Program Materials;
● Use one license for additional unauthorized educators, classrooms, groups, programs, campuses, or locations;
● Sell individual worksheets, activities, pages, or other Program Materials as standalone products;
● Repackage or present the Program as your own curriculum;
● Remove or alter copyright, trademark, ownership, or attribution notices;
● Share access credentials with unauthorized users, where applicable;
● Record, reproduce, or distribute Program sessions outside your licensed scope;
● Create or commercially distribute a substitute or competing curriculum substantially derived from the Program Materials; or
● Continue using the Program after your license expires or is terminated.

One purchase does not provide unlimited sharing, participants, educators, classrooms, instructional groups, programs, campuses, or locations.

If your intended use extends beyond your purchased license, contact us about an expanded or custom license.

AI & CONTENT PROTECTION

The Program Materials contain original educational and creative content.

Without prior written permission from 2 Quality People, LLC, you may not use substantial portions of the Program Materials to:

● Train, fine-tune, or develop an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model;
● Create datasets or training datasets;
● Reproduce or substantially recreate the Program;
● Generate or distribute substitute curriculum substantially derived from the Program Materials; or
● Create a competing commercial educational product substantially based on the Program Materials.

This provision does not prohibit lawful uses that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

THE COCO LOST IN MIAMI BOOK IS SEPARATE

The Coco Lost in Miami book is a separate copyrighted work.

Purchasing a digital Program license does not grant permission to reproduce, scan, photocopy, digitize, upload, distribute, or otherwise reproduce the book.

Any use of the book remains subject to the copyright and other rights applicable to that work.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of:

● The Program;
● The Program Materials;
● Copyrights;
● Trademarks;
● Illustrations;
● Graphics;
● Written content;
● Branding; or
● Other intellectual-property rights belonging to 2 Quality People, LLC or applicable rights holders.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted by your license, all rights are reserved.

LICENSE TERM

Your license begins on the date of purchase and remains active for 12 months, unless a different term is stated in a separate written agreement.

NO SUBSCRIPTION. NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.

This is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges and your license will not automatically renew unless expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement.

When your license expires, you must discontinue use of the Program Materials and obtain a new license or written authorization before continuing to use the Program.

EXPIRATION & TERMINATION

When your License Term expires, your right to use the Program Materials and conduct additional Program experiences ends.

Downloaded copies remain subject to the license terms and may not be used to conduct the Program after expiration.

2 Quality People, LLC may terminate a license for a material violation of the applicable Digital Program License & Use Terms or Full License Agreement, subject to applicable law and any rights or remedies provided by the applicable agreement or law.

Upon termination, the rights granted under the license end unless otherwise stated in writing.

EXPANDED OR CUSTOM USE

If your intended use extends beyond the scope of your selected license—including additional:

● Educators;
● Classrooms;
● Instructional groups;
● Participants;
● Programs;
● Campuses;
● Locations;
● Branches; or
● Organizational units,

Expanded or custom licensing may be available for district-wide, network-wide, multi-campus, organization-wide, commercial educational, or other specialized use.

FULL LICENSE TERMS

Your purchase and use of the Program are subject to the Digital Program License & Use Terms and, where applicable, the Full License Agreement and any license-specific terms presented at the time of purchase.

The applicable Full License Agreement, together with the Digital Program License & Use Terms and applicable license-specific terms, governs your license.

If there is a conflict between these Digital Program License & Use Terms and the applicable Full License Agreement, the Full License Agreement controls to the extent provided in that agreement.

Your license is limited to the rights expressly granted. No additional rights are granted by implication.
